By placing an order with Custom Crafts by SA, you agree to the following:

  • All items are handmade and may have slight variations.

  • All sales are final, except in cases of damage or incorrect items (see Refund Policy).

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, via USPS.

  • Once packages are marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
