All products are handmade and should be handled with care. Please store them safely, avoid dropping, and keep them away from water and high heat. They’re crafted with love — treat them with love!

📦 Shipping Information

  • Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high volume periods, please allow extra time.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Shipping Delays: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we cannot control delivery times. Delays, misroutes, or service interruptions by USPS are out of our hands.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Items: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including those marked as "delivered" by USPS. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
