At Custom Crafts by SA, each item is handmade with care and personality — which means your order is truly one-of-a-kind! We want you to love your purchase, but please take a moment to review our refund and return policies before placing your order.

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll need:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Your order number

If eligible, we’ll either issue a replacement or a store credit (at our discretion).

Our products are handcrafted, which means they may have slight variations that make them unique. Please handle with care, especially with items like beadable pens or snow globe tumblers. These are not toys and should be treated with love!
